Millard (North) Location

Grace grew up in Eau Claire, Wisconsin with five younger siblings, sparking her lifelong passion of working with children. She attended the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse where she earned her Bachelors in Therapeutic Recreation and worked throughout college in jobs centering on children with varying abilities. Following graduation, Grace moved to Omaha where she began an internship in the Recreation Therapy department at UNMC’s Munroe Meyer Institute and then found herself at Radical Minds.

During Grace’s tenure at Radical Minds, she has excelled as a Registered Behavior Technician, BCaBA, and now BCBA after earning her Masters Degree at Arizona State University in 2022.

When Grace is not at work, she loves going for walks, napping, having Netflix marathons, taking care of and welcoming new house plants, and cooking (or attempting to) new foods.

Katie grew up in a small town in southeastern Nebraska, and made the move to Lincoln to pursue her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. Following her graduation in 2015, she began her career working with adults in crisis. In 2018, Katie moved to Omaha and entered the field of ABA. She began working as an RBT in the Severe Behavior Department at the Munroe-Meyer Institute and soon realized that this path was her passion. Every client victory, big or small, was her motivation to continue in the field! Katie began perusing her Master’s degree from Arizona State University and began working for Radical Minds in the early intervention setting shortly after. Katie graduated and became a BCBA in May of 2022.

During her down time, Katie is a mom to three daughters, enjoys reading, cooking, baking, and doing outdoor leisure activities with her family!

Kelsey has always known she wanted to work with children. This led her to the University of Nebraska Lincoln where she graduated with her Bachelors degree in Child, Youth, and Family Studies in 2019. She began her career with Radical Minds in 2020 as an RBT and quickly chose to pursue her Masters degree in ABA through Arizona State University. She graduated in 2023 and became a BCaBA in March 2023 and a BCBA in September 2023.

In her free time, Kelsey enjoys spending time with family and friends, trying out new restaurants, and binging Netflix.

Lauren started at Radical Minds in December of 2018, where she found a passion for ABA. She graduated from the University of Nebraska Omaha in December of 2019 with her bachelor’s in Psychology and a minor in Sociology. She decided to pursue schooling to become a BCaBA in January 2021 and graduated in May 2022 with plans to start coursework for her BCBA soon.

In her free time she enjoys reading, going to hockey games with her husband, doing her own nails and spending time with her nieces and nephews.
