Millard (West) Location

Lauren Lieske grew up in Kearney, NE and attended the University of Nebraska at Kearney for her undergraduate studies where she graduated in 2017 with a degree in Psychology and Public Health. Following graduation, Lauren relocated to Omaha to work as an RBT for Radical Minds.

 After beginning in the field of ABA in 2014, Lauren knew she had a passion for working with kids and always knew she wanted to advance in the field. Lauren spent time at our Westside and Blondo clinics while working on her Master’s degree. 

Lauren went on to earn her Master’s degree in Educational Psychology from Ball State University, along with certificates in Applied Behavior Analysis and Autism before moving to her current location at our U Street clinic. Lauren serves as the Director at U Street and our Millard staff and families love having her care and support. Her favorite part of this work is celebrating both big and small wins with families and serving as a consistent source of support throughout their journey.

Outside of work, Lauren enjoys trying and creating new recipes, reading, and traveling.

Liz Rabe graduated from the University of South Dakota in 2020 with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Addiction Studies. After growing up in the Omaha area, she returned home following graduation and joined Radical Minds in the summer of 2020. Liz initially planned to work as a Registered Behavior Technician while pursuing a Master’s degree in School Psychology, but she quickly found her passion in Applied Behavior Analysis after falling in love with early intervention work.

Liz spent four years working as an RBT at our I Street and U Street clinics before stepping into her current role as a BCaBA. She is now completing her Master’s degree and is on track to become a BCBA this summer.

Outside of work, Liz enjoys a great spin class, relaxing at home with her animals, getting lost in a good book, and experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen.
