Blondo Location

Madison attended the University of Nebraska Omaha where she graduated with her Bachelors in Psychology in 2020. Following her graduation, she began her career at Boys Town as a Crisis Counselor. While there, she took calls for Lifeline, Boys Town National Hotline, Safe 2 Help, and others. She joined the Radical Minds team early in 2022 as an Administrative Assistant and has done a spectacular job helping our families, clients, and staff since.

In her free time, Madison enjoys going to concerts, reading, and spending time with her cat Luna. She is currently pursuing her Master’s in Mental Health Counseling at the University of Nebraska at Omaha.

Jessi received her Bachelors in Psychology from Briar Cliff University in 2016. While finishing her undergraduate, she was a research assistant for the ABA graduate program and worked with individuals who engaged in severe problem behavior. During this time she decided that studying behavior was her passion. She completed her Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis at Briar Cliff in 2018. During her graduate schooling, Jessi continued working in severe problem behavior in both the school and clinic settings. She also spent time gaining valuable experience providing early intervention services. She became a BCBA in August of 2018. What is the thing Jessi loves most about ABA? Celebrating each victory with the child and their family.

In her spare time, Jessi enjoys being active outdoors, cooking, decorating cupcakes, and catching up on her favorite T.V. shows.

Brooke Frederick (Wellendorf) received her Bachelors in Kinesiology and Nutrition from Kansas State University in 2016. She decided she wanted to study behavior and join the Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis program at Briar Cliff University. During her time there, she gained valuable experience working in severe problem behavior and early intervention. In August of 2018, she became a BCBA.

When not working, Brooke enjoys hanging out with her friends and family, doing puzzles, and eating ice cream.

Anna Evans joined Radical Minds in 2018 as a Registered Behavior Technician, where she worked directly with clients at our Westside and Blondo locations and made a meaningful impact every day. In 2021, Anna transitioned into an administrative role, supporting the onboarding of new families and collaborating closely with insurance providers, among other responsibilities.

Today, Anna serves as a Clinic Administrator on our administrative team, playing a key role in ensuring daily operations run smoothly and efficiently.

In her free time, you can find Anna enjoying broadway shows, browsing the aisles at Trader Joes, and trying out the newest restaurants in town.

Anne began her educational journey at the University of Nebraska Omaha, where she earned her Bachelors in Developmental Psychology. Shortly after graduating, Anne joined Americorps where she worked as a service volunteer at the Munroe Meyer Institute through Autism Care for Toddlers. After seeing first hand the impact that ABA had on the lives of the clients she worked with, Anne decided to pursue ABA as a career. She began at Radical Minds as an RBT in 2019, where she worked for the next two years as she earned her Master’s. After graduating from Ball State University in the Fall of 2021 with her M.A. in ABA, Anne officially became a BCBA with Radical Minds.

Anne now works on our administrative team, helping to welcome new families to Radical Minds!

In her free time, Anne enjoys reading, cooking, and hiking.

Jadyn grew up in Sergeant Bluff, IA and attended the University of Northern Iowa where she graduated in 2018 with her Bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Mental Health. 

She moved to Omaha in 2020 with the goal of pursuing her masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling, and started working as an RBT with Radical Minds. She quickly fell in love with the field and the clients she was able to work with, and found herself on a new path to pursue her passion in ABA. 

Jadyn went on to study at the Florida Institute of Technology to become a BCaBA and passed her exam in the summer of 2025. Since 2020, Jadyn has been with Radical Minds and has wowed the team as an RBT, Clinic Administrator, Senior RBT, Lead RBT, and now as an Assistant Clinical Supervisor – a true jack of all trades!

Jadyn loves finding creative and playful ways to teach meaningful skills to ensure sessions are both fun and engaging. Playing and building rapport with clients is another of her favorite parts about the job – she values building relationships where clients can feel safe and free to be themselves. 

In her free time, Jadyn likes reading, watching true crime, being out in nature, arts and crafts, and doing puzzles. Jadyn also enjoys collecting and reading tarot cards and particularly appreciates the beautiful artwork each deck portrays.

Maranda was born and raised in Bellevue, Nebraska and has always had a genuine passion to invest in the younger generation. Whether it was coaching, mentoring, or working with kids directly in various jobs, she always made a point to find the gold in each kid she came in contact with. Maranda soon came across Radical Minds and began working as an RBT in 2022. During that time, she fell in love with the field of ABA, the kids she served everyday, and her interest in becoming a future BCBA began. After receiving her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Bellevue University in 2024, she soon started her Masters degree in Special Education in Applied Behavior Analysis at Arizona State University. After graduating with her Masters, she became a BCBA in 2025 and is currently serving at the new Blondo location. 

Her favorite part about her career is having the privilege of witnessing each child accomplish milestones in their lives and being able to celebrate them alongside her client’s families and coworkers. She feels truly honored to be one of the people to advocate and love on these kiddos every single day and takes pride in what she does. 

Outside of work, you will find Maranda chasing around her busy toddler and baby boy at home. She’s a family gal, an avid reader, a huge foodie, and coaches young women in the pageant world on the side – teaching them how to carry themselves in the interview room and articulate effectively as they tackle public speaking.
