Radical Minds is in search of a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our team. The Clinical Supervisor is a mid-level position, with the potential for upward mobility.

This is a clinic-based position which allows for the support and collaboration of other colleagues within the clinic.

Core Responsibilties

• Case Management: Oversee 5–7 client cases, focusing on early intervention and skill acquisition for children ages 2–10.
•Data Analysis & Preparation: Review client data and prepare materials to ensure effective, individualized sessions.
•RBT Support & Mentorship: Provide guidance to RBTs and supervise team members pursuing BCaBA or BCBA certifications.
•Insurance Compliance: Ensure monthly insurance requirements are met for all assigned clients.
•Caregiver Training: Conduct monthly hands-on training sessions to empower caregivers with the tools they need for success.

Job Details

Clinic Hours: 8:00 AM–4:00 PM with a paid lunch break from 12:00–1:00 PM.
