We schedule multiple intake appointments each week and aim to accommodate families as quickly as possible.
We operate a rolling waitlist to ensure families are matched with openings that align with their schedule and location preferences. The time on the waitlist can vary, so providing accurate and flexible availability helps us find the best match for your family as soon as possible.
We offer morning and afternoon sessions, each 3–4 hours in length, with a total of up to 20 hours per week. Session lengths and schedules are determined based on your child’s individual needs and goals. While we strive to accommodate preferences, availability may be limited.
We do our best to match families with the most convenient clinic location. However, openings may vary across locations. To help us find the best match, it’s important to indicate all locations your family is willing to consider on the availability sheet.
The next step is to complete the intake packet and availability survey. Once these are returned, our administrative team will review them for accuracy and completeness and create your child’s record. If any information is missing or additional details are needed, we will reach out to you before proceeding with scheduling.
At the intake appointment, we will review your file, clarify any details, discuss your family’s goals, and answer questions about our services. While this appointment is an essential step in the process, it does not guarantee placement. However, we will provide a more precise timeline for next steps during the meeting.
